We are active in the renewables sector since 2017, participating in the market as an owner of operating assets, a developer of new projects as well as giving M&A services to international clients. We know what it takes to make a project bankable.
Making Projects Bankable
We know what international investors requires. A significant part of the value created in the development work can be derived from de-risking critical parts of the project. Aligning permits, land leases, offtake agreements are all examples.
Raising Capital and Financing
Our activities in the wind power industry since 2017 has granted us with a broad network of International Investors. Our skillset extends into financial modelling and financing strategies.
Development Work
We are active in project development since 2019 and have made every step in the value creating process of a renewable project. This is a part of the work we find very stimulating and we know which key areas we should focus on in the process to make sure the project have a comparable advantage over time.
Offtake Agreements
We have developed a framework for bilateral PPA agreements by actively reaching out to energy intense industries. We strive to work with projects where there is a sound balance between the project, the investor and the offtaker.
